职位:出行业务运营经理/总监(柬埔寨金边)

薪资范围: 30,000 - 40,000 CNY/月 · 13薪

中文职位描述

岗位职责:

  1. 识别和分析用户行为及场景特点,制定策略和执行方案,为交易规模负责;
  2. 搭建和维护用户运营体系,包括用户拉新、激活、留存和召回机制,管理用户生命周期;
  3. 构建并监测平台内各渠道漏斗及交易流程,分析用户行为,洞察转化驱动因素并优化转化漏斗;
  4. 通过AB测试,以实验和数据驱动运营决策,实现快速迭代和优化;
  5. 与渠道部门及其他部门(如产品、运营、市场、BI)协同合作,推动增长项目快速落地并达成目标。

任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,5-8年互联网增长运营、用户增长运营或策略运营经验,有乘客侧/供需侧/用户增长的产品运营经验者优先;
  2. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度,能够分析并识别问题;
  3. 具有较强的用户感知能力,善于从用户和产品体验的角度出发,把握用户心理,熟悉各类用户行为,并能抽象出用户分层及增长策略;
  4. 强烈的责任心,具备出色的沟通和协调能力,能够推动业务方、开发、运营等多方资源完成项目目标;
  5. 英语熟练者优先。

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 CNY/month · 13th Month Salary

English Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and analyze user behaviors and scenario characteristics, develop strategies and execution plans to drive transaction volume;
  2. Build and maintain a user operation system, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation mechanisms, managing the user lifecycle;
  3. Construct and monitor the platform's funnel across various channels and transaction processes, analyze user behavior, identify conversion drivers, and optimize the funnel;
  4. Conduct AB testing, leveraging experiments and data to drive operational actions and product decisions, enabling rapid iteration and optimization;
  5. Collaborate cross-departmentally with teams such as product, operations, marketing, and BI to drive growth projects, ensuring quick implementation and achievement of goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-8 years of experience in internet growth operations, user acquisition operations, or strategy operations. Experience in passenger-side/supply-demand side/user growth product operations is preferred;
  2. Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity, with the ability to analyze and identify problems;
  3. Strong user awareness, capable of understanding user psychology and familiar with various user behaviors, able to abstract user segmentation and growth strategies;
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of mobilizing resources across business, development, and operations teams to achieve project goals;
  5. Proficiency in English is preferred.
