岗位职责:
- 负责公司人事招聘工作,包括职位发布、简历筛选及面试邀约;
- 负责员工的入职、离职、转正及劳动合同签订等工作;
- 协助部门领导开展员工关怀活动,包括团队建设、生日会及各类节日活动;
- 管理社保、医保及公积金,处理增员、减员及异动等相关事务;
- 负责薪酬核算及考勤管理,包括制作考勤表及完善工资表基础数据;
- 负责公司会议管理工作,包括会议纪要撰写及会议组织;
- 负责公司重要档案及文件的管理;
- 管理公司资产,并确保其有效利用和维护;
- 完成公司交办的其他相关行政及人事工作。
任职资格:
- 本科及以上学历,行政管理、人力资源等相关专业优先;
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件;
- 具备三年及以上相关工作经验;
- 做事认真细致,责任心强,具备良好的沟通能力。
驻外时长: 长期驻外
工作语言: 泰语、英语

Position: HR & Administration Officer (Based in Bangkok, Thailand)
Salary Range: 10,000 - 15,000 CNY/month
English Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling;
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and labor contract management;
- Assist department leaders in organizing employee care activities, such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and various holiday activities;
- Manage social security, medical insurance, and housing fund, including personnel additions, reductions, and changes;
- Oversee payroll calculation and attendance management, including the preparation of attendance sheets and the maintenance of payroll data;
- Organize and manage company meetings, including drafting meeting minutes and coordinating meeting logistics;
- Manage and maintain important company documents and files;
- Oversee company asset management to ensure proper use and maintenance;
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration Management, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software;
- At least three years of relevant work experience;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills.
