岗位职责:

  1. 负责公司人事招聘工作,包括职位发布、简历筛选及面试邀约;
  2. 负责员工的入职、离职、转正及劳动合同签订等工作;
  3. 协助部门领导开展员工关怀活动,包括团队建设、生日会及各类节日活动;
  4. 管理社保、医保及公积金,处理增员、减员及异动等相关事务;
  5. 负责薪酬核算及考勤管理,包括制作考勤表及完善工资表基础数据;
  6. 负责公司会议管理工作,包括会议纪要撰写及会议组织;
  7. 负责公司重要档案及文件的管理;
  8. 管理公司资产,并确保其有效利用和维护;
  9. 完成公司交办的其他相关行政及人事工作。

任职资格:

  1. 本科及以上学历,行政管理、人力资源等相关专业优先;
  2. 熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件;
  3. 具备三年及以上相关工作经验;
  4. 做事认真细致,责任心强,具备良好的沟通能力。

驻外时长: 长期驻外
工作语言: 泰语、英语

Position: HR & Administration Officer (Based in Bangkok, Thailand)

Salary Range: 10,000 - 15,000 CNY/month

English Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling;
  2. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and labor contract management;
  3. Assist department leaders in organizing employee care activities, such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and various holiday activities;
  4. Manage social security, medical insurance, and housing fund, including personnel additions, reductions, and changes;
  5. Oversee payroll calculation and attendance management, including the preparation of attendance sheets and the maintenance of payroll data;
  6. Organize and manage company meetings, including drafting meeting minutes and coordinating meeting logistics;
  7. Manage and maintain important company documents and files;
  8. Oversee company asset management to ensure proper use and maintenance;
  9. Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration Management, Human Resources, or related fields;
  2. Proficient in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software;
  3. At least three years of relevant work experience;
  4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills.
