[Job Responsibilities]
- Market Development & Sales: Responsible for market development and sales within the designated region. Develop and implement market development and sales plans according to regional sales targets, ensuring the execution and achievement of these plans.
- Order Management & Risk Control: Manage order acquisition, processing, and risk control. Develop potential clients and guide them through to order completion, including managing risks and evaluating potential issues during order negotiations. Also responsible for payment collection and follow-up within the region.
- Market Intelligence: Collect, analyze, and report on target market information, including exhibition details, competitor activities, and product market trends. Maintain a comprehensive database of market intelligence for the region.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with regional clients and handle customer complaints. Coordinate with internal departments to effectively resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
[Job Requirements]
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related language field (Arabic/English/Japanese/Spanish). Candidates with 2-3 years of sales experience in financial payment terminal products (such as POS machines, cloud speakers, etc.) will be given preference.
- Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills, strong business acumen, and negotiation skills. Highly capable of business development and project management.
- Work Ethic: Strong initiative, teamwork spirit, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work abroad or travel as required.

- Arabic: Primarily for the Middle East & North Africa.
- English: Primarily for Nigeria.
- Japanese: Primarily for Japan.
- Spanish: Primarily for Latin America.
Candidates with experience in the financial technology or financial payment product industries, particularly those with similar products in smart hardware, are preferred. The base salary is within the provided range, and candidates should ideally be under 35 years of age.

职位描【岗位职责】
1、负责区域市场开发与销售工作,根据区域销售目标制定市场开发销售计划,及负责区域销售计划的执行和达成;
2、负责订单获取,处理与风险控制;开发意向客户意向订单直至达成,负责订单洽谈过程中风险控制及评估, 以及区域内订单回款及催收工作;
3、负责目标市场信息的收集,分析和反馈,收集区域市场信息,包括展会信息,竞争对手信息,产品市场信息及建立信息资料档案;
4、负责客户维护区域内客户良好关系及客诉处理,组织公司内部各部门有效处理,解决客诉问题,维护客户满意度。
【岗位要求】
1、 本科及以上学历,俄语/阿拉伯语/英语/日语/西班牙语相关专业;有两至三年的金融支付终端产品(POS机、云喇叭等)销售工作经验者优先;
2、 优秀的英语书面及口头表达能力,较强的商业意识及谈判技巧,开拓能力强;能独立承担业务拓展和项目跟进工作;
3、 具有较强的进取精神和团队精神,工作认真,责任心强,抗压性强,能接受驻外/出差工作。
阿拉伯语面向中东、北非,英语主要面向尼日利亚,日语主要面向日本,西班牙语主要面向拉美。
