工作职责:
【主营业务】 主要负责SIP PHONE、音视频会议、个人桌面终端如耳机等产品和解决方案的销售工作
【岗位职责】 作为销售项目的主导者,负责海外市场开拓,海外客户关系的建立与管理,主导业务谈判及成交 PS:大客户方向和渠道方向均有岗位open中~入职后会综合个人优劣势安排合适岗位。
大客户方向:
- 负责原有大客户(海外运营商微软ZOOM500强企业)的关系维护和二次拓展,同时多渠道开发新客户(以全球运营商和 ITSP 为主),建立并形成稳固良好的客户关系;
- 多渠道收集并分析大客户项目机会并建立信息档案,组织和协调资源进行配合,促成公司产品在客户项目中应用,完成销售目标。
渠道方向:
- 负责维护整合现有渠道资源并进行二次拓展,同时多渠道开发新市场和新客户(以二级渠道为主),建立合作关系并维护客情;
- 完善渠道下沉体系:规划整体渠道策略及运作模式,提供渠道服务支持,有效拆解销售目标,完成销售计划。

[Job Responsibilities] As the leader of sales projects, he is responsible for overseas market development, the establishment and management of overseas customer relations, leading business negotiations and transactions. PS: Both major customer direction and channel direction are open. After entering the job, he will arrange suitable positions with comprehensive personal advantages and disadvantages.
Major customer direction:
- Responsible for the relationship maintenance and secondary expansion of the original major customers (overseas operatorsMicrosoftZOOM500 enterprises), while developing new customers through multiple channels (mainly global operators and ITSP) to establish and form a stable and good customer relationship;
- Collect and analyze major customer project opportunities through multiple channels and establish information files, organize and coordinate resources to cooperate, promote the application of the company's products in customer projects, and achieve sales targets.
Channel direction:
- Responsible for maintaining and integrating existing channel resources and carrying out secondary expansion, while developing new markets and new customers through multiple channels (mainly secondary channels), establishing cooperative relations and maintaining customer sentiment;
- Improve the channel sinking system: plan the overall channel strategy and operation mode, provide channel service support, effectively dismantle the sales target, and complete the sales plan.
