Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual L&D plan (strategies and programs) aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) and collaborate with HODs to identify specific training requirements.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, including orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and vendors.
  • Ensure alignment of training programs with organizational objectives in collaboration with HR Head and department leaders.
  • Develop metrics and tools to assess training effectiveness, analyse feedback, and report outcomes.
  • Support employees in creating individual development plan (IDP) and promote a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
  • Stay updated on government training grants and industry trends in learning and development.
  • Communicate training initiatives effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training activities.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR learning and development or a related role.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for orientation, onboarding, and soft skills training.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in other Mandarin dialects is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HRDC and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
