Job Description
- Develop and implement annual L&D plan (strategies and programs) aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) and collaborate with HODs to identify specific training requirements.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, including orientation and onboarding programs.
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors.
- Ensure alignment of training programs with organizational objectives in collaboration with HR Head and department leaders.
- Develop metrics and tools to assess training effectiveness, analyse feedback, and report outcomes.
- Support employees in creating individual development plan (IDP) and promote a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
- Stay updated on government training grants and industry trends in learning and development.
- Communicate training initiatives effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR learning and development or a related role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for orientation, onboarding, and soft skills training.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in other Mandarin dialects is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRDC and e-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
