Job description

Join Alipay+ business policy center - the core team for Alipay+ daily business operations. You are expected to work closely with BD, product, tech, funding, risk, branding, legal etc. teams, to ensure that Alipay+ business rules and standards are observed, hence enabling the efficiency and sustainability during continuous business expansion. Regular reporting to senior management is needed.

If you have payment industry working experience, are keen to gain a bigger picture and want to become an industry expert in global payment processing, you are an ideal candidate! Here is a brief summary of your key tasks:

• Business model design: understand emerging business scenarios, conduct industry landscape analysis, and formulate a sound model to achieve a balance among rights, obligations and business values for all parties in business flow
• Business rules upgrade: collect and analyze business requests, lead relevant teams to draft Alipay+ business rules and release to customers
• Business project review: respond to customer requests during contract negotiations and daily operations, and work with relevant teams to provide assessment and solutions that are in line with industry and regulatory practices.

Learn from project experiences to draft rules that are universally acceptable

Job Requirement

Professional background: payment industry experience, especially former employees of card schemes like Visa/Mastercard/Amex, or local payment systems like PayNet, or banks, acquirers, etc. 5+ years working experience is preferred Preferred attributes: being able to ask good questions and knowing how to quickly find answers; clear logic sense; cross-team collaboration; sharp understanding and efficient expression; precision and attention to details Languages: English as working language; Chinese basic conversation skills preferred
