Ant International is the international business unit of Ant Group, the owner and operator of Alipay. We are looking for a Rewards Growth Manager to join our growing team in Indonesia. Responsibilities: Lead A+Rewards (online benefits and voucher centre embedded in digital wallets) Growths and marketing collaboration with business partners, including digital wallets and international key merchants Design mechanisms to drive user activeness, retention and engagement of A+Rewards Drive new payment users and retention users for business partners by marketing activities; Find marketing collaboration opportunities with e-wallets and local banks (eg. Dana, Mandiri) and pitch them with a comprehensive co-brand marketing plan

Job Requirement

Possess 3-5 experience in online business growth Possess 3-5 years of experience in online operational roles Knowledge of IT product or data analysis Experience in digital content/e-commerce is an added bonus Strong communication skills, fluency in English Strong collaboration mindset, results oriented, energetic, and can work under pressure
