Job description

Familiar with SME landscape and products (deposits and loans) Acquire partners, taking into consideration market opportunities, competitor landscape and bank's risk appetite while aligning to bank’s strategic focus Develop and execute partnership engagement journey, marketing and outreach campaigns for user conversion Manage channel performance by developing and formulating strategic account plans and negotiation with partners Define and deliver financial objectives against timelines Handle and work with stakeholders on product/business improvement programs based on end user feedback and leveraging data analytics

Job Requirement

With more than 5 years of combined experience in SME banking, ecosystem partnerships, business development and marketing Have strong business acumen, project management and interpersonal skills Have entrepreneurial spirit, strong enthusiasm and interest in digital financial product/service innovation Ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
