About the Team: SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. Responsibilities:

• Develop the label & artist onboarding strategy, responsible for partnership management on deal-making and negotiations
• Work closely with the cross-functional team to enhance the general distribution service for artists partners
• Support the promotion tactic for different categorizations of artists, optimize DSP performance of artists

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong networks with music stakeholders in Indonesia, especially labels
• Good music knowledge, and data-based decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, high ownership and responsible attitude towards work
• Proficient in English to work with international colleagues in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• 5 years of experience in the music industry
• Successful practices of data-driven approach are preferred
• Good work ethics, self-motivated and result-driven with empathy
