Summary

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the overall management of human resources work in overseas companies, including the formulation and implementation of human resources strategic planning, budgeting, work plans, and action plans.

2.Assist overseas company leaders in building teams and organizations from scratch; independently handle recruitment coordination for the overseas company, establish profiles and job descriptions for various positions, and create job manuals and position specifications.

3.Draft and establish internal management systems and improve the management framework (such as compensation systems, promotion systems, and performance systems) based on the company's business, strategic planning, and actual conditions.

4.Develop company workflows based on the company's business and actual operational conditions.

5. Support and serve the business and project work of overseas companies, implement various management concepts and ideas from headquarters, and manage talent development, organizational development, and learning development for the overseas company.
Job Requirements:
1.Malaysian, with a bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Proficient in both English and Chinese, with both languages required as working languages.
2.Over 5 years of human resource management experience, with at least 3 years of experience in similar positions in medium to large engineering services, manufacturing, or new energy companies. Experience as an HRBP is preferred.
3.Mastery of the six major HR modules, with expertise and practical experience in recruitment, performance, and planning.
4.Strong interpersonal communication, public relations, organizational coordination, and leadership skills, with a team-oriented spirit. Ability to work under pressure, cautious, honest, with good professional ethics and dedication.
5.Proficient in using common office systems and online platforms.
6.Align with the company's development philosophy and be willing to grow with the company.
