Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Implement and communicate company HR policies, manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, employee benefits and social insurance within the region.
2.Responsible for the statistics of regional attendance and preliminary review of reimbursements.
3.Familiar with local labor laws and employment policies.
4.Organize and arrange team building activities and employee events.
5.Assist domestic employees in obtaining visas for travel to Saudi Arabia.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of relevant HR work experience.
2.Proficient in operating Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3.Good written and oral English proficiency, with a minimum of CET-4 level.
4.Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
5.Strong organizational abilities and logical thinking, with the capability to solve problems independently.
6.Fluent in English communication, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
