Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop annual strategic planning and explore market opportunities;

2. Establish the company's organizational and business systems, responsible for building the senior management team: select middle and senior management personnel, develop the company's internal management structure, set up plans and basic management systems;

3. Lead the construction of a supply chain team and establish a comprehensive supply chain management system to ensure the company's business development;

4. Fully responsible for the daily management of the Indian company

5. Maintain government and external major customer relationships, and do a good job in localization construction;

6. Prevent customer complaints and strengthen risk management

Job requirements

1. Have comprehensive management experience in business management, supply chain management, project operation management, human resources administration management, financial management, and other aspects of the company;

2. Background in the manufacturing industry, with priority given to those with backgrounds in the design and manufacturing of non-standard automotive equipment production lines, such as automotive powertrain equipment, welding equipment, etc;

3. Familiar with upstream and downstream customers and suppliers in the automotive industry, with priority given to having automotive industry customer relationship resources;

4. Background in science and engineering related majors, with priority given to majors such as mechanical design and automation
