Job description:

1. Responsible for the repair of Haikang AGV customer returns and faulty products;
2. By continuously learning and summarizing maintenance experience, establish an AGV after-sales maintenance experience library, and strive to improve maintenance skills and efficiency;
3. Responsible for assisting users or other company personnel in resolving AGV product issues through telephone, remote, etc; Responsible for providing training and guidance on customer maintenance and upkeep;
4. Responsible for writing and outputting AGV maintenance manual documents; Coordinate resources to handle and resolve after-sales service complaints.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical engineering;
2. Familiar with electronic and electrical related knowledge and the use of commonly used instruments;
3. Understand the basic working principle of circuits and be able to analyze circuit schematics; Familiar with knowledge of mechanical structures and hydraulic systems;
4. Experience in implementing, after-sales, and maintenance of Hikvision AGV is preferred;
5. The attitude should be gentle, patient, and have a team spirit;
6. Chinese communication is smooth and readable, with English proficiency being preferred;
7. Can accept a certain degree of business travel arrangements.
