Job description:

1. Establish and optimize the sales team structure with the support of the company's human resources system, in accordance with the company's strategy and market promotion plan; Clarify the employment needs of each sales position in the sales team, determine the responsibilities and qualifications of each sales position;
2. Participate in formulating the company's marketing strategy, develop the company's marketing strategy and plan based on the marketing strategy, and organize its implementation after approval;
3. Collect industry information, regularly verify and analyze the marketing environment, goals, plans, and business activities, adjust marketing strategies and plans in a timely manner, develop preventive and corrective measures, and ensure the completion of annual plans;
4. Deeply understand and analyze the development status of various industries of the product, providing effective analysis for the application of the company's existing products and the development of new products in the future;
5. Assist superiors in establishing and adjusting the company's marketing organization, segmenting markets to establish, expand, and adjust marketing networks;
6. Responsible for decomposing and issuing annual work goals and marketing budgets allocated to the sales team by the company, and adjusting and effectively controlling them in a timely manner according to the actual situation of the market and the company;
7. Regularly report the work of the sales team and subordinate departments to superiors in writing;
8. Complete the tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

More than 10 years of experience in the gas industry, 2-3 years of management experience as a technical engineer or technical manager, familiar with various technical knowledge in the gas industry;

2. Comprehensive abilities including strategic goals, execution, communication, cohesion, talent recruitment, crisis resolution, leadership, and supervision.
3. Positive attitude and adherence to principles; Have good professional qualities.
