Job Description
Production Tasks:
(1) Assign tasks according to the production task list and actual process capacity, ensuring the implementation of production tasks; promptly communicate with the production department to adjust task allocation in case of overcapacity or insufficient capacity.
(2) Resolve any anomalies during the production process in a timely manner.
Safety Production:
(1) Organize discussions, implementations, and improvements of safety measures for each process.
(2) Conduct safety meetings, safety promotions, equipment protection measures, and employee safety inspections for each process.
Quality Management:
(1) Organize production strictly according to process requirements and quality standards.
(2) Organize and implement quality improvements and related technical advancements.
Cost Control:
(1) Summarize cost control information from each workshop promptly and formulate corresponding cost control strategies.
(2) Review and adjust product labor costs.
Site Management:
Guide and supervise 5S and equipment management according to relevant site production management regulations to ensure a clean and orderly production site.
Report Management:
(1) Analyze anomalies in various reports, propose remedial measures, review the measures, and check their implementation.
(2) Organize improvement activities based on product inspection data provided by the quality department, propose improvement measures, and check the actual improvement outcomes.
Performance, Target, and Team Management:
Arrange subordinates' work according to the work plan to ensure the achievement of various work goals in the process.
