Manufacturing Transformation: Drive key projects, such as 3+N structural efficiency improvements and manufacturing model transformations (continuous flow, automation, logistics optimization, etc.).
KPI Management: (1) Establish an efficiency improvement and cost reduction KPI management system to guide improvement directions; (2) Coordinate the annual and monthly cost reduction goals for the manufacturing center; (3) Achieve workforce reduction targets for manufacturing transformation projects.
Lean Maturity Star Rating Improvement: Enhance the lean maturity star rating.
Daily Work: Assist the IE module KBS in lean improvement, systematically and routinely manage manufacturing transformation improvement efforts.
