• Planning, Identifying and Finding location for opening new store
• Propose and analyze traffic survey of new store expansion
• Prepares feasibility studies and market profile of the identified sites with Financial Planning
• Prepare New Store Proposal and the supportive data to propose to management
• Review the agreement or Letter of Intent including drafting rental agreement
• Maintain the administrative legal requirements with landlord for renewal or new store
• Planning & mapping potential area for retail location
