Maintenance Support Specialist

Location: Kazakhstan
Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 RMB/year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice.
2. Follow up on repair progress and provide feedback to customers.
3. Handle after-sales issues and assist with customer complaints.
4. Build and maintain customer relationships.
5. Collect and report customer feedback.
6. Assist in daily operational management.
7. Support Maintenance Specialists in full-service processes.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Fluent in Chinese preferred.
3. 2+ years of after-sales and service advisor experience.
4. Light vehicle driving license.
5. Proficient in Office software and data analysis.
