Job Description:

Maintenance Specialist

Location: Kazakhstan
Salary: 150,000 - 200,000 RMB/year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle vehicle reception and maintenance, follow standard service procedures.
2. Identify customer complaint risks and assist in handling complaints.
3. Provide on-site, mobile, and road rescue services.
4. Ensure maintenance quality by following ATS procedures and standards.
5. Conduct warranty assessments and repairs.
6. Collaborate with other departments for internal vehicle repairs.
7. Perform re-inspections for mechanical and paint repair vehicles.
8. Maintain workshop tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and team skills.
2. Fluent in Chinese preferred.
3. 5+ years of experience in after-sales service, 2+ years as an intermediate technician.
4. Light vehicle driving license.
5. Proficient in Office software.
