As the Senior Social Media Manager at Xiaomi Malaysia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will be responsible for the daily operations of our official social media homepage including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Little Red Book, Lemon 8 etc... You will be responsible for the increase in the number of followers, engagements, content reach and views, social listening, social content planning and execution. Strategic Planning: Develop a social media marketing strategy that identifies target audiences, platform selections, and content types. Content Creation: Responsible for creating engaging and impactful social media content, including text, images, videos and other forms. Social media management: Manage and monitor brand activities on major social platforms, interact with fans and handle user questions and feedback. Data analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns through social media analysis tools to provide data support for optimization strategies. Trend Insights: Pay close attention to social media industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes. Partnering & Promotion: Work with internal teams and external partners to increase brand awareness and visibility on social media channels.
