Sales Manager - Japan
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with System Integrators and key accounts.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform strategic planning and priority setting for the department, including account planning and financial information.
- Create sales and KPI target plans based on ROI-driven business models.
- Prepare and analyze performance tools and reports to monitor and improve project performance.
- Review operational data to assess procedural revisions and enhancements.
- Analyze contracts and billing for accuracy, submit billings promptly, and follow up on issues.
- Manage inventory and sales tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the communications industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business.
