Job Description:

Sales Manager - Japan

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage partnerships with System Integrators and key accounts.
  2. Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Perform strategic planning and priority setting for the department, including account planning and financial information.
  4. Create sales and KPI target plans based on ROI-driven business models.
  5. Prepare and analyze performance tools and reports to monitor and improve project performance.
  6. Review operational data to assess procedural revisions and enhancements.
  7. Analyze contracts and billing for accuracy, submit billings promptly, and follow up on issues.
  8. Manage inventory and sales tracking.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the communications industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
  3. Bachelor's degree or above.
  4. Willingness to travel frequently for business.
