Job responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement sales plans, manage sales activities in designated countries and regions, provide timely feedback on market information, and manage and assist distributors;
2. Coordinate and integrate resources, independently or lead a team to achieve sales targets;
3. Establish and maintain channels and partners, consolidate business relationships and continuously expand new channels;
4. Design and build targeted training and strategic guidance to empower sales staff and enhance competitiveness
5. Properly handle customer issues and provide timely feedback
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, food science major is preferred;
2. Experience in food or condiment R&D or sales, at least 2 years of work experience is preferred;
3. Proficient in English and local languages, good communication and writing skills;
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different business environments, and accurate grasp of market development trends.
5. Love sales work, have a good work attitude, be responsible, and have team spirit
6. Able to accept business trips and adapt to business trips
