Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 RMB/month
Location: 71 Moo.5 T. Bang Samak (Building C), Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao, Thailand, 24180

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the group’s strategic requirements and business goals.
2. Establish and improve the human resource management system, including the comprehensive construction of recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and organizational structure. Develop and refine HR management policies.
3. Provide advice on HR and organizational structure to enhance overall management, and control HR costs.
4. Address the needs of multi-level talent, offering relevant policies for training and retention to promote a healthy talent cycle.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in English, with over 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar position.
2. Experience in high-tech, large manufacturing, 3C, electronics, or telecommunications companies is preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent planning, and execution skills.
4. Excellent motivation, communication, coordination, and team leadership skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and career dedication.
