Position: Italy Country Manager
Main Responsibilities:
As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of the market in Italy. Your tasks include:
- Developing and executing market expansion strategies and distribution channel plans for your region in alignment with the company's overall plan.
- Achieving sales targets, continually increasing market share and influence in the local market, and being responsible for the overall sales results and P&L of the regional market.
- Gaining deep insights into the market situation and industry trends of 3C electronics and charging categories in the target market. Identifying market opportunities and demands keenly, developing retail customers at various levels, and establishing a comprehensive channel system covering the entire country, including wholesalers and retailers.
- Leading offline channel bidding and negotiating contracts with key clients to ensure rapid inclusion of the brand in local channels (sell-in). Regularly visiting channel customers, maintaining customer relationships, implementing channel incentives, managing retailing and brand exposure within the channels, ensuring efficient sell-out of products in channels, promptly resolving various channel issues, ensuring channel stability, and driving sustainable growth in target regions.
- Developing brand and marketing strategies for the target region. Enhancing brand awareness and user engagement through marketing promotions and PR activities. Collaborating with headquarters and regional brand departments to increase brand exposure, differentiate through innovation, and drive high conversion from consumer awareness to purchase.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that local market products and services meet customer needs. Collaborating with delivery, after-sales, and operations departments to comprehensively manage the target market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or GTM (Go-To-Market) roles in 3C electronics, mobile phones, IoT, or ecosystem product fields.
- Familiar with the business environment and culture of the target market, with mature channel and distributor resources.
- Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities. Ability to accurately assess market demands and trends, and develop corresponding market, product, and brand strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers from different backgrounds and cultures. Proven track record of successfully entering major offline channels.
- Ability to integrate and coordinate across teams and external resources. Proficient in English and fluent in Italian.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as strong resilience and ability to drive progress rapidly under pressure. Able to adapt flexibly to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in building from scratch is preferred.
- Experience in team leadership with a managerial perspective.
Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per year
