Job Description

PHP Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for directly generating business leads, sales prospects, conferences/events, and quotes to achieve maximum sales and revenue goals.
  2. Effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing clients.
  3. Drive and collaborate with internal teams to process quotes, conduct bid defense meetings, and finalize contracts.
  4. Collect business information on potential competitors in the region.
  5. Transform strategic partnerships with the BD team, follow up on key projects worth over a million US dollars, and build medium- and long-term business development pipeline projects.

Job Requirements:

  1. More than 3 years of B2B business development (BD) experience in non-clinical CRO within the United States.
  2. Proven track record of fully meeting sales targets set by previous employers for at least 2 years.
  3. Bachelor's degree or higher in biomedicine, pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, medical English, marketing, or related fields.
  4. Sharp business insight and analytical ability.
