Responsibilities:

• Manage voice channel operations, develop strategies, and execute promotions to increase turnover.
• Establish and maintain key partnerships with associations and anchors to develop top-tier anchors and enhance managerial skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and hot topics for prompt policy and strategy adjustments.
• Analyze channel performance data, address reviews, and optimize strategies.
• Recruit agencies and hosts for market expansion and collaborate with local content providers for a "Live+" ecosystem.

Requirements:

• No Mandarin language requirement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of two years of experience in voice livestreaming.
• Deep knowledge of the voice channel ecosystem and anchor dynamics
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
