Position: HR Manager (Quang An, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam)
Salary Range: 15-20K US dollars/annually

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement the HR management system and company management policies for the Vietnam branch;
- Responsible for recruitment and staffing for the Vietnam branch;
- Build and implement the talent reserve mechanism, focusing on the company's talent pipeline;
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation modules;
- Handle employee relations effectively;
- Implement and refine corporate culture and training systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience;
- Vietnamese national, fluent in Chinese, with additional English skills preferred;
- Excellent professional ethics, communication skills, logical thinking, and team collaboration abilities;
- Familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and human resources policies, capable of independently managing HR tasks for the Vietnam branch.
